It’s that time of the year, people! Listing my favorites tunes of 2011. It was a bit difficult narrowing it down to just 11. I couldn’t list 12 or 13 songs for 2011 because that would just be silly. So I’m doing honorable mentions this year knowing full well they are just as much a part of the list.

Civilian by Wye Oak
Opening the song with that guitar part makes it sound like it would fit perfectly in a scene of a Western where the s*** is about to go down! Love it. This song is appropriately used in The Walking Dead Season Two Trailer. Pretty awesome.
